How you pay
50% of the cost of the appointment is collected upon scheduling as your deposit. The remaining 50% will be collected upon arrival. Deposit refunds can be given if we are able to fill your appointment slot.

We do not accept insurance, but we can provide you an invoice for you to submit to your insurance.
